Shade Sail Warranty Validation
At Custom Made Shade Sails, we stand behind the quality of every shade sail we produce. Each of our sails is manufactured using premium, UV-stabilised fabrics and marine-grade fittings designed to perform in Australia’s harsh conditions.
To activate your 5-15 year warranty, please complete the registration form. Submitting this form ensures your product is recorded in our warranty system and helps us provide faster, more efficient support if you ever need it.
Warranty Validation Requirements
To validate your warranty, please ensure the following:
- Your shade sail was purchased directly from Custom Made Shade Sails.
- The sail has been installed correctly in accordance with the supplied installation guide.
- All hardware has been supplied by Custom Made Shade Sails.
- You provide clear photos showing the sail installed in position (“in situ”), including all corners and attachment points.
- The warranty registration form is submitted within 90 days of purchase.
Failure to provide installation photos or to register within the timeframe may void warranty eligibility.
