How to order your custom made shade sail
It’s easy to order your custom made shade sail. The first step is to browse our Products & Colours. Our wide range of shade sail products is sure to have something for everyone’s needs. They range from our waterproof DRiZ to our efficient and very cost effective Rainbow Shade Z16.
After you have decided on the product and colour, the next step is a drawing. It should be based on the dimensions of the shade sail that you desire. It’s also so easy. We show you some example drawings below because we know how easy it is, plus a pdf is available here for you to fill out and send in on contacting us.
After you send in the contact form, the next step is our reply to you. We will include a quote with pricing. Our expert staff will tailor custom your shade sail to your exact specifications. In the end you will have the perfect shade sail for your needs.
Four Easy Steps
One: First, see our Products and Colours. Alernatively, call for advice on what shade sail product to choose.
Two: Then, ensure your structure and fixing points are secure.
Three: Next, provide us with an accurate POINT to POINT measurement. This must include diagonal measurements on all shade sails. The exception is three sided (triangle) shade sails. Height variations in points are helpful. You can download our order form below to help provide us with the correct information.
Four: Finally, we will cross-check your measurements. That’s because it helps us ensure that what you are planning will work.
We can usually deliver within 7 days from date of order. (Summer months can be 1 – 2 weeks).
